Agreement

By signing in or using NexusForge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not replace existing customer access, discount, or other commitments made by Legacy Nexus.

Accounts & Workspaces

Availability & Eligibility

Market seller onboarding is currently limited to U.S. legal sellers using a USD seller profile and the required provider onboarding. Market buyer checkout journeys are built for the United States and Canada. A buyer can proceed only when the selected listing and destination receive an actual available checkout, carrier, tax, and provider response; an account or listing does not guarantee that a particular destination is available.

Subscription availability is determined at checkout from the payment provider's current eligible service location, payment method, and offered currency. Choosing a plan or creating an account does not establish eligibility for a subscription. Other marketplace destinations are unavailable unless a later checkout explicitly offers them with the required operational inputs.

NexusForge remains in private beta. Beta admission is a product access decision, not a universal U.S.-only, business-to-business, seller, buyer, or subscription eligibility designation.

Free Plans, Trials & Recurring Billing

Choosing a plan or creating an account does not by itself authorize a charge. Existing customers are not automatically moved to a paid plan.

Prices, Tax & Payment Providers

Subscription prices and currency are shown before checkout and exclude applicable tax unless the checkout says otherwise. When Stripe is the available provider, Stripe Automatic Tax uses the service location you provide at checkout to calculate applicable tax. Review the applicable tax and total before authorizing your subscription. Tax on later payments may change with the applicable rate or your service location.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. PayPal subscriptions are not available during the initial launch; they will remain unavailable until an equivalent tax-handling process is approved and enabled.

Changing or Cancelling a Plan

Manage your plan from My Subscription. Changes between paid plans and cancellation take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan remains available until then, and cancellation stops the next renewal. During a trial, cancellation takes effect immediately: premium access ends, the scheduled first charge is canceled, and your collection stays available on Collector.

We do not issue automatic refunds or retroactive charges for plan changes or cancellation. If you believe a payment is incorrect or need help, use our subscription contact. This policy does not limit any refund or other rights you have under applicable law, or change an existing customer promise.

Failed Renewals & Billing Pauses

If a renewal payment fails, you have seven days to repair the payment while retaining your current plan access. After that grace period, Collector limits apply to new writes until your paid access is restored. Your existing content remains available to read and export.

If Legacy Nexus pauses subscription billing, the paused time does not accumulate charges to collect later. Resuming billing will not trigger catch-up charges for the pause.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

Your Data

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Legacy Nexus a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate NexusForge. Privacy details are in the Privacy notice.

Cancellation, a lower plan, a failed renewal, or a billing pause does not delete your stored content or original-resolution images. Read and export access is retained; plan limits may restrict additional writes, but over-limit content is not pruned. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting account or data deletion.

Public Catalog, Sources & Merchant Responsibilities

Your workspace Catalog is private by default. Publishing one selected copy requires review of the exact public fields and acknowledgement of the current publication-policy version. That acknowledgement is a software authorization for the selected operation; it is not legal clearance or a representation that Legacy Nexus verified your ownership of every submitted fact.

You are responsible for having authority to submit and share your content. Publishing a Catalog copy does not list it for sale. If you separately create a marketplace listing or sell an item, you remain responsible for accurate item descriptions, prices, required registrations, tax information, fulfillment, returns, and compliance with applicable law and provider terms.

NexusForge’s comic catalog includes bibliographic data imported from the Grand Comics Database (comics.org), a volunteer project documenting comics publishing history. We store and reference that data; we do not alter it. Corrections and additions made inside NexusForge are recorded alongside the original records rather than overwriting them, so the source history stays intact.

Other catalog, pricing, market, and user-provided facts remain identified with their registered source and permitted-use record. Unknown source rights or a withdrawn or disputed public-use authorization stop the affected publication; lawful private records and the audit history may be retained.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. Legacy Nexus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
