FAQ
Straight answers about NexusForge plans, ordinary accounts, and features still in private beta. We do not invent customer counts, certifications, or modules that are not shipped.
Browse questions
Who Can Use NexusForge Today?
Anyone can start with a free Collector workspace or choose a paid Seller or Store plan from Plans & access. Paid plans require an ordinary account and payment details before the disclosed seven-day trial begins. Existing invited-beta access remains unchanged.
What Is in Private Beta?
Tenant-scoped catalog and collection work, CLZ import, members and invitations, and related surfaces: matching the readiness labels on Features. Market, listings, comps, conventions, sourcing, and back-office finance modules are shipped or planned there and are not sold as unqualified tenant-beta.
How Much Does It Cost?
Current Collector, Seller, and Store prices and billing intervals are published on Plans & access. Collector is free; paid plans disclose the seven-day trial, automatic first-charge timing, and recurring amount before approval.
Where Does My Data Live?
Your workspace's data stays in your workspace, not mixed into a public marketing site. Portability and export/deletion commitments keep landing as the product matures; see Security and Privacy for the current honest posture (no fabricated certifications).
How Do I Sign In?
Use Sign In above. New customers can choose a plan first and create an ordinary account without an invitation; the selected plan follows through sign-in or email confirmation. Existing invited-beta operators continue using their current account.
How Do I Get Help?
Email via Contact (jeremiah@legacynexus.com, also written as jeremiah [at] legacynexus.com so the address still reads if Cloudflare's link-obfuscation script is blocked). Do not send passwords or API keys. The contact page stores a durable message and still offers mailto as a fallback.
