Terms of use
Draft terms for the NexusForge private beta. Invitees use the service subject to these terms and any workspace-specific instructions from Legacy Nexus.
Draft — pending final legal acceptance. Not final legal advice. Last revised 2026-07-19.
Agreement
By signing in or using NexusForge you agree to these draft terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The private beta is provided as-is while we harden multi-tenant paths.
Accounts & invites
- Access is invite-only unless Legacy Nexus states otherwise in writing.
- You must keep credentials confidential and use accurate identity information.
- Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and what those members can do.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Attempt to access another tenant’s data or bypass isolation controls.
- Probe, overload, or abuse authentication, invite, or API endpoints.
- Upload unlawful content or material you do not have rights to process.
- Resell the beta or present NexusForge as a certified compliance product it is not.
Your data
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Legacy Nexus a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate NexusForge. Privacy details are in the Privacy notice.
Disclaimer & liability
The private beta is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. Legacy Nexus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from beta use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated draft until a final accepted version replaces it.
